JL Content Fields Filter v1.8.1

Updated Joomla field filter module - JL Content Fields Filter v1.8.1. The update is relevant for Joomla 3.8 and higher.

This minor update includes fixing one error and adding one of the functions that we have been asked to do for a long time.

What's new in JL Content Fields Filter v1.8.1:

Filtering fix in tags - correcting the context for selecting materials in tags, sometimes resulting in incorrect selection of materials.
Added option to display the module in categories only - this option will only display the module in categories, which allows you not to use additional module managers.
