Plugin import/export  Joomla

CFI is a plugin for importing and exporting standard articles and custom fields for them.

This extension allows you to import or export data into Joomla article fields. If necessary, import will create new articles or update data in existing articles.

The package includes:

  • Plugin.

Features CFI

  • Full compatibility with Joomla 3.8 and higher.
  • Support for csv and xlsx formats.
  • Import data from files.
  • Export data to a file.
  • Updating data in existing Joomla articles.
  • Create articles and fill in data in existing fields.
  • Support for non-standard Joomla fields as json uploads.
  • Data logging.

What does it give?

Let’s say you have a catalog of prices on Joomla materials and you need to update prices to change prices, but change let’s say 1000 materials, for a very long time and there is a great risk of error.

Just for this this plugin was created. You unload the price from the site, synchronize the prices in Excel and download back. Significantly saving time on updating prices.

Another situation, you have a catalog and you want to upload it to the site, manually create all the materials for a long time, and the import systems for Joomla are mostly paid.

Here, importing data will also help you, you create a file with new names and in a few clicks you have a new directory loaded, you just have to copy the images via ftp to the hosting.
