Update Froala WYSIWYG Editor v2.1

We continue to develop the visual extension Froala editor for Joomla. Update version 2.1 is compatible with Joomla 3.

This is a small update editor allows you to improve the usability and to solve some problems in configuring your editor.

Update libraries editor.
Added Estonian language for the editor.
Added setting default width for uploaded images - many users have contacted us with a request to give an opportunity to change the standard width of the loaded image.
Added setting of allowed prefixes for the icons - this setting is useful when using code editing and allows you to more gracefully handle the prefixes of classes.
Added setting the resize editor.
Changing the appearance of the component is carried out cosmetic changes in the editor, change the field types of the editor and added some visual elements.
Change language files.
