Update SLogin v2.2

The new version Slogin complex authorization through social networks. The update is for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.

This release came out earlier than we had planned because of problems with the social network Twitter. The update added the ability to turn on SEF callback link.

What's new in release Slogin v2.2:

Fix disable links.
Fix merge settings of the profile.
Modified SEF URLs for providers authorization.
Fix callback links Twitter.
Fix redirection on facebook login.
