Update plugin JL Comments PRO v3.1

New update of the commercial plug-social commentary JL Comments PRO version 3.1. Actual update for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.

In comments fixes some problems that users have told us and added one new feature.

Added ability to display standard comments Zoo - Please note that comments are displayed Zoo or JComments, parallel they will not work.
Fix JoomShopping.
