JL Weather component update

Weather component JL Weather has been updated to provide better Joomla 3.0 compatability. Only versions for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0 have been updated.

The component has been modified together with the weather module and its version now is 2.5.2.

Minor bug corrections.
Automatic update via Joomla Admin Panel.
