Minimum Requirements
Please carefully review the requirements for JL Like and JL Like PRO plugins version 5.2.0:
- Joomla: version 4.0 and higher (supports Joomla 4.x, 5.x, 6.x)
- PHP: version 8.1 and higher, PHP 8.2+ recommended
- MySQL: version 5.6 or higher
- MariaDB: version 10.1 or higher (as an alternative to MySQL)
- Server capabilities: cURL technology support
- Network access: firewall exceptions for social media sites and servers
Recommended Configuration
- Joomla: latest stable version (5.x or 6.x)
- PHP: version 8.2 or 8.3
- MySQL: version 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.6+
- HTTPS: SSL certificate for correct operation with social networks
Important Notes
- Plugin operation may be incorrect when the site is closed (maintenance mode)
- On a local web server (localhost, XAMPP, OpenServer, etc.), social button functionality will be limited
- Public access to the site from the Internet is required for full functionality
- Some social networks require an HTTPS connection for widgets to work correctly
