Install and configure CFI

Install CFI

  • Download and install the package using the Joomla installer.
  • Make sure that the plugin "System - Importing materials with fields" of the system group is published.

Configure CFI

  • Go to the plugin settings: Extensions -> Plugins -> System - CFI.
  • Choose in which encoding the import will take place. If you are going to import from excel, then you can not change anything.
  • Save the settings.

Import / Export Data

  • Go to Article-> Articles.
  • Click the "Import and export CSV" button
  • Download the prepared file.
  • If you don’t know how to prepare the file correctly, then export the data from the category, and then upload the edited file.
