Компоненты Joomla - Extensions for Joomla 3 and WordPress

JoomLine team develops dozens of extensions for Joomla. Most of them are provided for free. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to maintain the latest updated status for all of our free extensions.

We suggest that you help us develop free extensions on an experimental basis. We uploaded several popular extensions at the GIT server and now you can also contribute any changes to the extension, its source code or report any error by leaving a message in the bug tracker. These options will help us develop more efficient extensions with a chance to expedite the new functionality implementation procedure and speed up the release of new versions.

Техническая поддержка для бесплатных расширений не оказывается. Если вы действительно нашли ошибку, то можете написать о ней, мы ее рассмотрим, при возможности, как будет время мы ее возможно решим.

Если вы хотите, чтоб мы решили вашу проблему с тем или иным расширением, то мы можем оказать техническую поддержку платно.

Стоимость часа технической поддержки составляет 500 рублей. Тарифицируем по 30 минут.

Обращение в техподдержку:

Пытаемся устранить проблему своими силами.
Если ничего не выходит, пишите URL сайта, ошибку (как можно подробнее), а также, в случае необходимости, скриншот.

Условия покупки:

Для покупки компонента обратитесь через онлайн чат или ICQ или e-mail указанные на сайте.
Вам вышлют реквизиты для оплаты и проконсультируют по необходимым вопросам.
После оплаты вам вышлют расширения и инструкции.
В случае необходимости вам будет оказана техническая поддержка. (Претензии по работоспособности расширений принимают только в течении 6 месяцев после покупки).
- В случае, если ваша проблема касается бага компонентов, плагинов или модулей, проблем в установке или полной неработоспособности, она устраняется бесплатно и полностью.
- Если ваша проблема возникла из-за несовместимости со сторонними расширениями не входящими в стандартный пакет joomla то проблема совместимости решается по обычному тарифу (500 рублей час, тарифицируется по 30 минут)
- Все запросы по доработке внешнего вида или кода, производятся на коммерческой основе. По предварительно составленному техническому заданию.

ВНИМАНИЕ!!!

Сайты на локальном сервере мы не поддерживаем.
Если вы удалили ссылку с наших бесплатных продуктов, то мы такие расширения тоже не поддерживаем.
В ICQ пишем только по поводу заказов и коммерческих компонентов. (для бесплатных есть чат поддержки, почта, форум и комментарии)
Все не корректные обращения, а так же бессмысленные обращения будут удаляться и в дальнейшем игнорироваться.
В связи с тем что расширения предоставляются с открытым исходным кодом - возврат платных расширений и соответственно денег за них - НЕВОЗМОЖЕН.

Technical support for free extensions are not provided. If you find a bug, you can write about it and we will consider the possibility to fix a bug.

If you want us to decide your problem with a particular extension, then we can provide the fee-based technical support.

One hour of technical support costs $20. Hourly billing.

First of all - try to fix problem yourself.
If it still does not work, please contact us and provide the site's URL, bug description (as detailed as possible), and screenshot if necessary.

Terms of purchase:

To purchase, contact us via online chat.
We will send details for payment and advise on the necessary issues.
After payment we will send the extension and the necessary instructions.
If necessary, you will be supported. We take claims for work of extensions only for 6 months after purchase
- If your problem concerns a bug's in extensions, plugins or modules, problems with installing then it is eliminated completely for free.
- If your problem has arisen because of incompatibility with third-party extensions that are not included in standard package of joomla, then eliminating incompatibility issues with third-party extensions performed on a fee basis on standard rates $ 17. Hourly billing
- All requests for refining the appearance or functional, are produced on a commercial basis. By pre-up the technical requirements.

ATTENTION!

Sites on the local server, we do not support.
We do not support free extension if you removed the link from it.
In ICQ write only about the orders and commercial components. (For a free: chat support, email, forum and comments)
Do not expect an answer to senseless and/or inappropriate messages (such as "A-ah, nothing works! ")
Due to the fact that the extensions are available with open source - the return of paid extensions and the money for them - is impossible.
