Вопрос 1. Как настроить плагин?

Настройка плагина проста. Вам надо зарегистироваться на сайте http://cackle.ru. Пройти в раздел "Добавить на свой сайт" заполнить все необходимые поля и сохранить. Будет сгенерирован код виджета нас интересует цифровой идентификатор сайта.

На скриншоте он подчеркнут красным (Только цифры). Вставить этот код в поле "Id site" опубликовать плагин и включить автодобавление к статьям.

После того, как указали IDsite, включаем опцию "Автодобавление", исключаем необходимые категории. Настройка плагина завершена. Можете активировать плагин.
